Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz) bag coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage & carrots)

  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp celery seed (optional)

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • Optional: chopped parsley or green onion for garnish

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, vinegar, mustard, olive oil, celery seed, salt, and pepper.

  2. Add the coleslaw mix and toss until evenly coated.

  3. Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving, or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
