Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or haddock)

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 2 large eggs, beaten

  • Olive oil spray

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a shallow bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Dip each fish fillet in beaten egg, then coat in the flour mixture.

  4. Lightly spray both sides of the coated fish with olive oil spray.

  5. Place fish in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  6. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.

  7. Serve hot with lemon wedges or a low-carb dip.
