Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced horizontally or pounded to 1/2 inch thick)

  • 1 large egg, beaten

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • Olive oil spray

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).

  2. In a shallow bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Dip chicken into beaten egg, then coat thoroughly with the almond flour mixture.

  4. Spray both sides of the chicken with olive oil spray.

  5. Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.

  6. Air fry for 5 minutes, flip, then air fry another 5–6 minutes until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F.

  7. Let rest for 2 minutes before slicing.
