Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • ½ cup no-sugar-added BBQ sauce (such as Primal Kitchen or G Hughes)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking dish with parchment or foil.

  2. Pat chicken thighs dry and place in the dish.

  3. Drizzle with oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove and brush BBQ sauce evenly over the chicken.

  5. Return to oven and bake for 5–7 more minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
